Bordo terms of service

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and Bordo (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading or using the Bordo mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. About Bordo
Bordo is a simple, offline photo editing app that allows you to:Add white borders to photosAdjust canvas sizeReposition and resize imagesExport edited photos to your device’s camera rollThe App does not require an account, internet connection, or personal data to function.

3. Privacy & Data Collection
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

Bordo processes photos entirely on your device. No images, usage data, or personal information is ever uploaded to a server.We do not use analytics, tracking technologies, or third-party data processors.For purchases, Apple may share non-identifying transaction details as required to confirm payment (e.g., purchase confirmation). Apple’s privacy practices apply to transactions made through the App Store.

4. Purchases and Payments
Bordo is a one-time purchase app.All payments are handled exclusively through Apple’s in-app purchase / App Store billing system.

5. License to Use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms.

You may not:Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the AppUse the App for illegal purposesDistribute the App or make it available to othersAll rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

6. Intellectual Property
All content within the App—including code, design, UI, graphics, and branding—is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.You retain full ownership of any photos you import or export using the App.

7. No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
While we aim to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the App.

9. App Updates & Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or region of residence, except where local laws require otherwise.
