This Privacy Policy explains how Sidekick Digital Limited ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Work, Rest, Repeat mobile application (the "App").
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, location, or contact details through the App.
Any workouts you create or save are stored locally on your device. If your device uses Apple’s system-level backup features (such as iCloud backup), that data is managed by Apple under your Apple ID and Apple’s own privacy policies.
We do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. Apple may provide aggregated and anonymised performance or crash information to developers through App Store Connect, depending on your device settings. This information does not identify you personally.
If you choose to purchase a subscription, payment is processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. We do not receive your payment details. Apple may provide us with limited purchase-related information (such as whether a subscription is active) so we can unlock paid features.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
