This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Sidekick Digital Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the ZenWords mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
2. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT
The App is free to use with optional subscription-based upgrades that unlock additional features.Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.All payments are handled through the platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store), and their respective payment terms apply.Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. USER RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.Use the App for commercial purposes without written permission.Attempt to access or modify the App's source code.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & SHARING
The Company owns all content within the App, including but not limited to quotes, text, and images.Users may share quotes and content outside the App, provided it is for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY
The App does not collect or share personal data.Users must be at least 13 years old to use the App.Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
6. TERMINATION & MODIFICATION
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time.We may terminate access to the App if a User violates this Agreement.Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their platform provider.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
8. GOVERNING LAWThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, United Kingdom.Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
