We believe the best approach is to learn with your users before you spend any money building a new digital product or service. We do this by shortcutting the time from idea to learning.
By putting a prototype in your customers hands within just 4-days, you'll be sure you're product is headed in the right direction.
The Design Sprint is a 4-day process for solving big problems, creating new digital products or improving existing ones.
Developed by Google Ventures, the Design Sprint creates a simple process for going from idea to user validated prototype in just 4-days.
We don't think you should invest months finding out if your product is right; just one week.
The Design Sprint runs over an intense 4-days. On Day 1, we define the challenges and the scope for the rest of the week. Day 2, we work out which solutions we're going to be prototyping. On Day 3, we prototype the best solution and then test with real users on Day 4.
After the 4-days, you'll have a realistic, clickable prototype which has been validated with real users. It will be much more apparent now if you've hit a home run, or you've got work to do to meet your user's needs.
But whatever happens, in 4-days you've learnt something.
Once you have a prototype of your product in your hand and real user insights to guide your next steps, making decisions becomes so much easier.
Many of our clients use Design Sprints to define their product backlog and implement the new features with their engineering teams after the Sprint concludes.
We offer training, facilitation and a done for you Design Sprint to help you get started.
