Solve critical business problems in days, not months.

Design Sprints compress months of design work into days. At the end of the process you’ll walk away with a realstic, user tested prototype to shape your future direction - all in just 4 days!

How does the Design Sprint work?

Design Sprints are a really short, fun and effective way of working together on solving complex problems. Working together, with a fixed time constraint helps teams to focus and come up with creative solutions to the issues they are facing.

Design Sprint

Our team will work alongside you to solve your challenges and create a beautifully designed prototype we’ll test with real users at the end of the 4-Days. This feedback will be invaluable in delivering a product customers want, and will shape your future direction.

Pre Sprint Planning

We find it’s always best to gather a bit of information upfront. While the Design Sprint does provide a vechicle for finding gathering information during the Sprint, we find it works best to do some pre sprint research to understand more about you and the problems you’re trying to solve.

Day 1

Monday starts with the team learning more about the challenge ahead, mapping the problem and coming up with goals for the Sprint. In the afternoon, the team looks at demos of other products and sketches ideas for the team to look at.

Day 2

Tuesday is where the team votes on the ideas, selecting the best one to move forward. In the afternoon, the team creates a user test flow and storyboard so it will be easier to create the prototype on Wednesday.

Day 3

The goal of Wednesday is to create a realistic enough prototype to generate user feedback from. We recommend creating your prototype in tools such as Sketch, Figma, Invision, Marvel etc. But prototypes even made in Powerpoint or Keynote work just as well!

Day 4

Thursday is the user test today. The place where you'll get feedback from users on your prototype. Spend the morning on testing with your users, and in the afternoon, provide feedback to the team, create your documentation and recommendations for future changes to the product.

Outcomes of the Design Sprint

Once you have a prototype of your product in your hand and real user insights to guide your next steps, making decisions becomes so much easier.

Many of our clients use Sprints to define their product backlog and implement this with their engineering teams after the Sprint concludes.
